Hello everyone,

The coaches and I have come up with the roster for the team. If we missed anyone, please let me know. It is what we will use to start off our tournament season. The coaches and I have seen a lot of great lacrosse players in each of you. We want to have a lot of fun during our journey to the playoffs next spring.

We have our scrimmages this Saturday at Grisham Middle School. Players to be at the field, warming up by 8:30am. Varsity plays at 9:30 and JV plays right after.

See you all at practice tomorrow. REMEMBER to let your parents know that practice ends at dark now that we are in daylight savings time. However, we may get your uniforms handed out after practice. We'll know about the uniforms at practice.

Dear Players and Parents,

We have one week left on the Silpada Jewelry Fundraiser. I spoke with a few of you who were working at getting some orders and am excited to see who will win our contests. In addition to the one with the most sells we have an additional incentive for players who get at least 10 different orders with retail sells above $500. (before Tax and Shipping). That player will receive 30% in free jewelry. If you take a look at the catalog, I'm pretty sure you will find something you might like for free. If you ask your relatives, neighbors and friends you might surprise yourself how eager people are to help support your LAX team. Please go out there this last week and try to get some sales for a good cause. Florida sounds like it will be great fun for all those who get to attend, the more money we raise the less your parents will have to fork up. Thank you in advance for trying to make money for this CPHS LAX team!!!! Don't forget to invite everyone to the SILPADA JEWELRY SHOW AT BABETTE RIEDMUELLER'S home on NOVEMBER 11th at 6-8:30P.M The invitations are in the packet.

Please return your envelopes to Emily at practice on Tues. November 11, then head on over to the jewelry show. I am looking forward to writing a check for a good cause...

- Girls need to wear black shorts, Jerseys will be provided by

- Varsity scrimmage, then JV scrimmage
- Board meeting during the Varsity game ~9:00am
- Parent meeting after the Varsity Scrimmage: 11:00am

Nov 15th & 16th (Sat & Sun): UT, Whittaker Field, 51st & Guadalupe,
- Each girl (and parent) will need to sign a Release/Waiver form
=>> Please print out & complete the attached form, give filled out
forms to Coach Tim
- More details to come, times/fields etc

Dec 6th, 7th: CyFair in Houston:
- Transportation: carpooling, no girls driving by themselves
- meet at Firehouse subs Friday night, then head out to Houston
- Hotel: Amy is checking on a Hotel and arrangements

Alumni Game: week between Christmas and New Year's day, more info to come.
